Spent 10 nights in a beautiful private garden pool room. The lush tropical garden felt like paradise. Staff provided exceptional service, making our stay memorable. Breakfast was delightful with diverse options. Taxis back to town can be pricey, but there’s an affordable local eatery next door. Truly a place of relaxation and warmth.

Melati Beach Resort & Spa had a fantastic tropical vibe. The grounds were lush, and my family enjoyed the spacious Grand Deluxe room. The private beach was beautiful, perfect for unwinding. We loved the happy hour at the pool bar. it created a fun atmosphere where guests mingled. The staff truly made our stay special—everyone from the restaurant to the kids' club was welcoming. However, relying on taxis was frustrating. the nearest convenience store was a 15-minute walk along hot, uncomfortable roads. The breakfast could use more variety too. it got repetitive after a few days. Mosquito control seemed lacking as well. I ended up with quite a few bites despite precautions. Overall, the warmth of the staff made a big difference, but some minor improvements could elevate the experience even more.

We had a great time here with friends! The spacious pool villa was perfect for relaxing after exploring two amazing places. The resort has fantastic pools and is only 15 minutes from Chaweng's nightlife. Definitely make good use of the spa services. they were awesome!

We were disappointed when our romantic dinner on the beach was canceled without notice, leaving us with limited dining options.

This resort suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, beach access, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and a great spa. The staff once helped me return a forgotten hairbrush, which shows their care and attention. Don’t miss the amazing in-pool bar!

We spent 4 nights in a Private Garden Pool and loved the tranquil atmosphere of the resort. The beautiful facility was complemented by the amazing service from the staff who made us feel welcome at every turn. The spa treatments were delightful as well. However, the limited dining options and need for better quality control at the restaurant might need some attention.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Mr Noni and Mr Som, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our private garden pool provided a fantastic retreat, perfect for family relaxation. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast by the beach, which added a delightful start to our days.

The location feels a little isolated, requiring taxis that take too long!!! The kids' club activities lack organization, leading to disappointed children who wait for events that don't happen!!!
